Thursday, January 17, 1985

Thursday I went to the genealogy library with Irene from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Hi and Brother Call went home teaching this evening. I did dishes and watched a show about a woman who had cancer and she found families to take and raise each child. The two boys went together -

I finally finished watching "The Thorn Birds" that my grandparents watched last week. It was kind of good. Pretty depressing and a lot of people die. Apparently it won 5 Emmy awards in 1983, so it must have been good 27 years ago. :)

    Brother Call was Grandpa's home teaching companion for many years. Grandpa helped him come back into activity in the church.
