Hi and I went to the mall. Hi bought me a dress at Bon and we bought a slip for me at Penny's. We bought some groceries at Smith's and Wayne's.

Took Megan to school at 8:30. Worked until about 3:00 PM. I hurt my left hand from typing, so it is painful to type. My burn on my leg is still hurting very, very badly. I feel like I'm falling apart! I hope I feel better soon. I made dinner at 6:00 and we had chicken quesadillas at 6:45 PM. My mom and I went on a walk at 7:30. I finished making the slideshow for her school class. I went to bed around 11:15 PM.

Woke up at 9:00 but couldn't get ready because there was no hot water. I had to wait about 45 minutes and then got ready for church. Nathanael went early to help my mom set up a video for her Relief Society lesson. We went to church from 11:00 to 2:00 PM. We taught our primary class about Jesus Christ being our Shepherd. Around 3:00 we had chicken salad sandwiches for lunch. I took a nap from about 5:30 to 6:45 PM. I made Snickerdoodles and my mom and I went on a walk around the neighborhood.

Hi bought some parts to fix Ralph's truck and helped Ralph fix it. Ralph paid us back. We bought groceries at Safeway.

I woke up about 9:30 AM and cleaned a little. I worked on a slideshow for my mom's class. In the evening Kera came and got me and we took Cafe Rio to her husband Billy who is working on a movie in Alpine, UT. We walked up and saw a pretty waterfall while we were there. We stopped and got Cafe Rio on the way back and came back to our place and watched the movie "Leap Year."

No board meeting this month. I paid mountain bill. We bought prescription for Hi and Margaret and yard and evergreen spikes at Buttrey's and a plastic dish pan.

FRIDAY, June 25, 2010

Took Megan to school at 8:30 AM and got back at 9:15 AM. I worked for a few hours. I did some laundry. I went outside and finished reading the book Atonement. Nathanael came home from school around 5:00 and at 5:45 we went on a motorcycle ride up Butterfield Canyon. At the top of the canyon I got off the bike and burned my leg badly on the muffler of the bike. I put mud on it and rode home and iced it the rest of the evening. We got home from the ride about 7:30 PM and Nathanael got dinner ready and we watched News Radio. My dad took Megan to Snow College for Youth Conference and got back around 9:30 PM. He and Nathanael are watching Valkyrie upstairs.

Margaret check up at Dr. Cox office - 6 months and check on bladder infection. Got a prescription filled for Premarin and bought groceries and laundry basket at Buttreys. Margaret and Irene worked at the genealogy library.

Took Megan to school at 8:30 AM and got back around 9:15. Worked until about 3:00. I went to the bank (Chase) to deposit some checks and then went to Bath & Body Works to buy soap (and maybe a few extra things.) :) I made dinner, red sauce chicken enchiladas with a corn and black bean salsa and chips and salad and we ate at 6:00 PM. At 7:45 I went to the Rec Center with my mom and Megan to exercise. We got back just after 9:00 PM.

I took Megan to school at 8:30 AM and got back around 9:15. Worked until about 12:00 noon and then took break to shower and get ready. Worked until about 3:00 and then cleaned the basement. Auburn Clawson and her baby Ava and her sister Ashtyn McDermott came over around 5:00 to visit me and Melanie. At 6:30 Auburn and I (and Ava) went to Chili's for dinner. I got back around 8:30. My mom and I went on a walk around the neighborhood. I watched the movie "The Lovely Bones" and read a little before bed.

I took Megan to school at 8:30 and got back around 9:15. Worked for a few hours in the morning, but it was pretty slow. Melanie and I went to the rec center and exercised. Got back around 12:30 and she went and picked Megan up from school. I worked a few hours more and then went grocery shopping at Walmart with Melanie. I made cookies for Relief Society and at 6:30 Melanie, mom and I went to the Summer Salad Social for Relief Society. Melanie and I and Amber May came home at 8:00 and my mom stayed and came home later with Julie May. Melanie helped me plant flowers out front. My mom and I went on a walk around 8:45 -9:30 PM.

Happy Summer! :)
I took Megan to school at 8:30 AM and got home about 9:20 AM. I worked until about noon and then took a break to get ready, etc. I worked for a bit more, but work was very slow today. I went outside with Jackson and read for awhile and fell asleep. Nathanael came home just before 4:00 and stayed outside for awhile. At 5:00 we went out in the front yard and weeded the flower beds. We had dinner at 6:30. My mom went to Smith's and got some chicken and other stuff for dinner. At 7:30 PM Nathanael went to Gold's Gym and I went with my mom and Megan to the South Jordan Rec Center to exercise. We got home around 9:00 PM. Nathanael got home from the gym around 10:30 PM.

One day this week Hi and I took 8 Mexicans and 40 sets of butterflies to Debby Coroy to be displayed at the stake expressions fireside on 6/23. Margaret and Hiram went to Dr. Berrey - Dentist and had their teeth cleaned. It cost us $102.60. We bought a light for fridge today and paid for and got pictures from Buttreys.

Father's Day
Today was not only Father's Day, but was my mom's 55th birthday as well. Megan and Melanie and I made breakfast for everyone this morning. We made French Toast and sausage and bacon and eggs and ate at 9:15 AM. We got ready for church and went to church at 11:00 AM. Nathanael and I taught the 4-5 year old Primary class for the second time. We had 5 boys in our class today and taught them about being a peacemaker in their home. I went home during Sharing Time and put the potatoes in the oven for dinner and decorated the kitchen and did the dishes and went back to church for Sacrament Meeting. After church we made dinner. We had pasta salad, green salad, twice baked potatoes, and steak. We ate around 4:00 PM. Nathanael and I took naps after dinner and then Nathanael called his family. It's also his mom's birthday today and his brother Isaac's 19th birthday today. At 7:00 PM we did presents and cake and ice cream. My dad gave a little "speech" about how much he loves my mom and how much she's sacrificed for all of us. It was very sweet. I am grateful to have parents who love one another so much and who genuinely care so much and respect each other so much. They are a wonderful example. After dessert, my mom and dad and Aaron and Nathanael and I (and Jackson) went on a walk. It was a really good day. It's been a good weekend.

Hi and I paid last half of 1984 Real Estate tax and bought 1986 car license. Bought salt at Culligan's and Penicillin for Margaret at Buttrey's and a few groceries. I worked at Genealogy Library with Irene.

I took Megan to school at 8:30 AM and got back around 9:20 AM. I worked from 9:30 to 12:30. Took a shower and had lunch then worked from 1:30 to 2:30. I went to Walmart to get a few things for dinner and to pick up some pictures, but the machine wasn't working so I waited there for about 45 minutes just to get 2 pictures printed. I vacuumed and mopped the upstairs kitchen floor and got dinner ready; pulled pork sandwiches. After dinner my mom and I went on a walk to the park by the fire station and walked around the track twice. The NBA Finals were on, it was the last game and the dumb Lakers won. The game just ended. Now it's time to get ready for bed.

I woke up at 8:15 and at 8:30 took Megan to summer school at Valley High School. I worked from 9:30 to 12:30 then showered and got ready. I worked from 1:15 to 2:15 and then worked on a project. I went to Target to return a clock and went to Walmart to pick up some pictures and bought a new clock for the bathroom. My dad and I made taco salad for dinner and we ate at 5:30. At 7:00 my mom and I went to the South Jordan Rec Center to exercise. We just bought a family pass last Saturday. We got home just after 8:00 PM and I worked some more on my project. Nathanael folded some laundry and is watching TV. Almost time for bed.

I shampooed and set my hair. Hi read in the book Iacocen... We went to K-Mart to get shocks and they are back or ... We bought groceries at Smith's. I reported all visiting teaching to secretary Pat Maughan.

I haven't written in a long, long time. May was such a busy month for us. Nathanael finished law school at the end of April and we went on our cruise May 2nd through 9th. My family came to Oregon on May 12th and Nathanael graduated from Willamette Law School on Sunday, May 16th. We finished packing and cleaning that night and started the drive to Utah. We made it to Nampa, Idaho at 3:00 AM and stayed with Dallas and Ki and Angie and Russ. We made it back to South Jordan, Utah around 5:00 PM on May 17th. We had lots of help from friends and neighbors to unload our moving truck and it went very fast. I spent the next week unpacking and trying to get organized. This last weekend was Memorial Day weekend. Aaron and his girlfriend Candace came down from Logan and spent Sunday and Monday with us. We went to a movie and had a barbecue on Monday. Today was pretty insignifant. I just worked and cleaned. We had leftovers from the BBQ for dinner and Melanie and I watched Glee.
